§ 1. General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for using the website gotowanakryzys.org and the services it provides electronically.
  2. The service provider is [full name or organisation name], [address], [tax ID (NIP) / court register number (KRS)], email: [EMAIL ADDRESS].
  3. The materials on the website are for educational purposes only. They do not replace legal, medical or psychological advice, nor official announcements from the emergency services and authorities. If someone’s life is in danger, call 112.

§ 2. Services

  1. The service provider offers the following free of charge: access to the website content, the 72h readiness test, and sending the newsletter and the preparation plan to the email address provided.
  2. The service provider offers paid participation in the Readiness Circle programme on the terms described on the programme page and in § 5.
  3. To use the website, all you need is a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser. To receive the newsletter, you need an email address.

§ 3. Newsletter and preparation plan

  1. You are signed up once you provide your email address, give your consent and confirm your address using the link in our message.
  2. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the link in the footer of any message or by writing to [EMAIL ADDRESS].

§ 4. 72h readiness test

  1. The test result is indicative only. It is based on the answers given by the person taking the test and on publicly available guidance, including the Ministry of the Interior’s safety guide (Poradnik bezpieczeństwa, MSWiA).
  2. The service provider makes every effort to keep the content up to date and reliable, but is not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of the test result.

§ 5. Readiness Circle

[To be completed with a lawyer: rules for purchase and payment, timing and form of delivery, the consumer’s right to withdraw from the contract (14 days) and its exclusions for digital content and fully performed services, refund rules, complaints.]

§ 6. Complaints

  1. You can submit complaints about the services to [EMAIL ADDRESS]. We will reply within 14 days.
  2. Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress procedures, for example the help of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów).

§ 7. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy policy.

§ 8. Final provisions

The service provider may amend these Terms for important reasons, such as changes in the law or in the scope of services. We will announce any changes on the website at least 7 days in advance.
